Competent and Responsive
"I relocated to Michigan from Maryland due to having been reinstated with Chrysler Corporation after a 3 year layoff.
This was after Chrysler had transferred me to Maryland from Michigan in 2006.
I discovered, upon my return, that the housing market had changed drastically in Michigan during the past 5 years.
This made me apprehensive about buying in MI. A co-worker recommend I contact Delilah.
I found Delilah Milne to be both a competent and responsive agent. She was usually available most anytime I could get off from work to see houses.
Although she and I walked through 25 or more houses, Delilah remained patient and did not show me houses that did me my criteria.
Her patience and knowledge of the market helped me to secure a house I am very satisfied with.
